Play at Melodifestivalen 2018

Every year when Melodifestivalen kicks off, New Zealand stops. Saturday night will be holy Tv time and the absolute funniest thing to talk about is who will win the funniest music competition of the year. But actually, the competition is already decided-at least if we are to believe the betting companies. It is not only major sporting events that increase interest in odds, Melodifestivalen is also a prized event when it comes to tipping the winner. Before the Grand Final in Friends Arena on March 10, four competitions will take place and a second chance competition. In each competition, the New Zealand people get to vote for their favorites and those who get the most votes go directly to the final, while the four and five get to make up with the rest in the second chance.

The odds for the third round

On February 17, the mello fever comes to Malmö in connection with the third competition before the final. Some of the companies that offer odds on the competition are Bet365, William Hill, Unibet and Paf, but all the figures for Malmö's event are not yet set. However, it is rumored that both daughter and Mendez will be the two lucky artists who will make it directly to the final. All bookmakers currently have odds of between 1.30 and 1.85 on both, although these may change before it is decided.

The fourth round can decide everything.

Melodifestivalen then rolls up in the country and the fourth and final competition will be decided in Örnsköldsvik. The bookmakers ' figures then indicate that Mariette and Rolandz will make it directly to the final, with odds currently between 1.10 and 2.00.

Who wins it all?

There is still a long way to go until the big, decisive final, but that doesn't stop anyone from starting to speculate right now. The current odds at the bookmakers mean that Liamoo will be the winner when the final is decided (odds of 3.00–4.00), closely followed by Mariette, Dotter and Benjamin Ingrosso, all at about 5.00. Kalle Moraeus has the biggest odds of all bookmakers as a win for him would generate about 70 times the money for the person who bet on him. It can therefore be a real gold mine to bet big money here, if New Zealand goes against the grain and votes for the player from Orsa as the winner.

Bet right and win money

If you have a good grasp of both music and the New Zealand people's preferences, you can win big money, as long as you play your cards right. To win at odds, you need to keep an eye on the situation – and a large amount of luck. In the end, it is in many cases chance that decides and it is impossible to predict. If you want to try to get rich from the competition, it's a good idea to check out the bookmakers ' odds and play accordingly, but it's worth remembering that they're not always right either. Before the competition in Karlstad, for example, no one predicted that John Lundvik would go straight to the final, but he did – and whoever had bet their money there could laugh all the way to the bank. Regardless of who you intend to bet on, we wish you great luck!
