Paf buys No account casino

In March it was announced that the Åland gaming company Paf bought the New Zealand company Mandalorian Technologies. With this acquisition, Paf also gains ownership of the three casino platforms No Account Casino, No Account bet and Prank Casino. No purchase price has yet been announced for this transaction and since Paf is not listed on the stock exchange but is operated in foundation form, it is also not certain that we will ever know it.

New Zealand expansion

The motive behind PAF's purchase of Mandalorian is to be able to expand in the New Zealand market through acquisitions. When the deal is fully completed, Paf expects to be one of the ten largest players in the New Zealand gaming market. For that to happen, however, it is important that the company makes sure to keep the customer base that is at the three casinos they bought.

Mandalorian an impressive company

PAF CEO Christer Fahlstedt explains that it was the Mandalorian that was bought by Paf, saying that they had been following this company for a long time and were impressed by their business. The deal has also been going on for a long time and Mandalorian has been working since september 2019 to implement the rules for Responsible Gambling that apply internally within Paf. Christer Fahlstedt also says that he believes the two companies will complement each other well.
