Our bakers prepare fresh bread, cakes and biscuits daily and our coffee is roasted on site.

Astoria is well known for consistently exceptional coffee. Our two Wega espresso machines are never silent.
At the heart of our operation is a 1950’s gas fired, 5 kilo, Vittoria coffee roaster that allows us to masterfully craft our house blend.
Astoria’s house blend coffee beans are available for purchase from the café at
$40 per kg or $12 per 300g.
We have our own dedicated in-house bakery and bake a wide variety of bread products fresh every day, including specialty breads and non-yeasted sourdoughs.
All our bread is additive and GM-free and made to a premium standard using traditional artisan methods.
Our breads are available to buy from our bakery, along with our house-made jams.
The bakery stocks:
Irish soda, Rye, Turkish & gluten free bread as well as French sticks.
Our chefs source grass fed, free-range New Zealand beef from prime Angus, PrimeStar and Wakanui. The Wakanui beef has been aged for 21 days.

The company is committed to fair, ethical trade, and source their West African cocoa through the UTZ Certified Cocoa Programme.
